Terms of Use

1. The Service

These terms apply to the mobile game Giant Hole (the "Service") provided by QUANTUM IX UNITED INC. ("we", "us"). By tapping "Agree & play" or by using the Service you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Who may use it

You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher age required in your country). If you are below the age of majority, use the Service with the permission of a parent or guardian.

3. License

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Service on your own devices for non-commercial entertainment. Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service or its content, and do not use cheats, automation or tools that interfere with the Service.

4. Coins, items and purchases

Coins, upgrades, skins and other in-game items are virtual and have no cash value; they cannot be exchanged or transferred. In versions with in-app purchases, only consumable items are sold; payment, delivery and refunds are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their rules. Items and progress are stored on your device and are lost if you delete the app or its data.

5. Ads

The Service is free and shows ads. Rewarded ads are optional: you choose whether to watch them. How ad data is used is explained in the Privacy Policy.

6. Changes and availability

We may update, change or stop features at any time, for example to fix problems or add content. We may update these terms; if you keep playing after an update is shown, you accept the new version.

7. Ownership

The Service, its art, music, text and code belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. These terms give you no ownership of them.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of progress or virtual items. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without taking away mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
